What French farmers of the Burgundy region have been enjoying for generations is the perfect dish to highlight locally-sourced, Hudson Valley meats and vegetables.
Perfect Pairing: French Red Burgundy, Oregonian Pinot Noir
Ingredients: beef, pearl onions, carrots, crimini mushrooms, potatoes, red wine, beef stock, bacon, tomato paste, butter, flour, herbs, brandy. Crust: organic, unbleached flour, butter, salt, water.
